Discharge/ Divertor Gates

Destoner
Introduction
- For 100% Separation of heavy particles such as stone, glass & metal from grain
- Specially useful for separation of stones which are of similar size as grain
- Suitable for Paddy, Rice, Dal, Wheat, Oilseeds, Sesame, tea etc.
Working Principle
- The grain to be cleaned falls on an inclined vibrating deck fitted with a custom made screen. Using positive air pressure, a fluidized bed is created on the screen. The difference in specific gravity of stones and grain causes the stone, which is heavier, to travel up the deck while the grain flows down the incline.
